Hector has been involved in commercial real estate development projects since 1978. He holds a Business Administration degree from Florida International University and a Master's Degree in Finance from Florida International University. He has been involved with over ten million square feet of commercial/industrial/retail real estate and over $440,000,000 of development projects as an owner / developer. The knowledge gained through these experiences and his diverse capabilities, including strong ties with local governments, allows him to work in a variety of settings from complex financial transactions to conceptual plans of project developments.  The projects have included over 1500 rental units, 700,000 square feet of industrial development and several retails projects throughout the nation.  The company currently has ongoing developments from Pennsylvania to California.

Michael has been involved in commercial real estate in South Florida for the past twenty-seven years in both development and real estate brokerage. Michael has been involved in the development of over 525,000 square feet of industrial properties in as well as a 312,000 distribution warehouse in the San Francisco Bay Area (2018 delivery). In addition he was the Sales Director for the prestigious One Hundred Million Dollar Deering Bay residential development in South Miami. He holds a BBA degree in Finance (Honor Society) from the University of Miami and attended the University of Tulsa School of Law. Michael has been involved with the Coral Gables Association of Realtors in many capacities including holding many appointed and elected positions and as Chairman/Founder of the Commercial Division, as well as a Director of the Florida Association of Realtors. Michael has been involved in many major commercial transactions, including the sale of the former Bakery Centre in South Miami and has been directly involved in many retail developments across the United States as owner/developer as noted below (Clients). Michael is a licensed State General Contractor and holds both real estate and mortgage brokerage licenses.

Alicia joined the OneCorp team in October 2017. She comes to us with experience from the Financial Services world. She holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, 9, & 10 licenses. Alicia began her career with Fidelity Investments and through 6 years at the firm, she held roles trading customer accounts, managing a team of traders, and finally as a complex problem resolution specialist within the Operations department. In 2016, Alicia went to work for Hilltop Securities as a Compliance Officer, traveling around the country and conducting compliance audits for independent financial advisors and large branch offices. Alicia will be using her financial expertise to work with lenders, and create more business opportunities as well as expanding existing business relationships of the company.

John is the Vice President of Construction. He is a civil engineer and has been involved with commercial real estate development projects for over 15 years. John holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Widener University. He has acted as engineer for the design and regulatory agency approval of many commercial, residential, institutional and industrial land development projects. While serving both the municipal and private sectors he has accumulated extensive knowledge of the permitting processes required by municipalities, DOT’s, and local environmental agencies.  John evaluates project options, and handles construction close-out. He is responsible for the entitlement, management of the professionals and construction on a national basis. He has repeatedly, and successfully kept the entire team on track with weekly meetings to ensure adherence to the project budget and schedule.

Enrique is the comptroller and ensures all financial records are correctly kept and accurately recorded.  He also responsible for generating financial statements and tax returns. Enrique has been with the company since 2004.

Yolanda has over 30 years of experience in bookkeeping and management. She also responsible for process improvement, cost savings, property management, and bookkeeping.  She has been with the company since 2008.

Sara is the company's general counsel.  She earned her law degree from Shepard Broad College of Law, and has been practicing law for over 20 years.  Initially, as inhouse corporate counsel for Racal Datacom, where she handled a variety of transactions including mergers/acquisitions, environmental law, and intellectual property.  She also passed the Patent Bar and worked for several years at Ryder Systems, Inc. in their technology acquisitions department and purchasing department, before coming in house with OneCorp.  She has handled many of the environmental issues involved with gas station re-development and compliance. Her key role is working with local counsel on purchase and sale agreements, as well as the leasing transactions for the company.
